Nodding, I said, “He is, but boring doesn’t mean wrong.”
“Everyone deep down wants to sow their wild oats. It invites hunger before the meal is ready.” She nodded toward the door I’d just come through and said, “Your kitchen doors are equipped to keep most of the smells in the kitchen.”
